5. In chronic case there is dental malocclusion, continuous open mouth breathing, chapped lips, dark circle under eyes and horizontal nasal crease.

Prevention

• Avoidance of allergens both indoor and outdoor

• Sealing of mattress, pillow, 

• Bed linen and blankets should be washed every week in hot water

• Removal of pet

• Antiallergic treatment

• Steroid Nasal spray

• Immunotherapy in resistant cases
